What we collect

When you send an order request, a custom order request or a contact message, we receive what you type in the form: your name, email, phone number (optional), shipping address (if you choose shipping), the items and names or designs you picked, and any notes. For custom orders we also receive the images or 3D files you attach.

We don’t take payments on this website, and we never ask for card or bank details here.

How we use it

We use your information only to answer you, confirm your order, quote custom work, arrange payment, and print and deliver your items. Your form is delivered to our email inbox, and we reply to you by email.

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Services we use

The website runs on Cloudflare, which delivers the pages and forwards form submissions to our email. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a visitor is human and may process technical data such as your IP address and browser details. Our inbox is hosted by Google (Gmail). Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy.

Your cart

Your cart is saved only in your own browser (local storage) so it’s still there when you come back. It isn’t sent to us until you submit an order request. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order emails and files as long as needed to complete your order, handle questions about it and keep basic business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we need to keep it by law.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
