Order requests

Sending an order request or a custom order request doesn’t charge you and isn’t a confirmed order yet. We’ll reply by email with the total (including shipping and any tax), payment options and an estimated timeline. Your order is confirmed once you accept and we receive payment.

We may decline an order, for example if a design can’t be printed well or infringes someone else’s rights.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and taxes are added when we confirm your order. For large or highly detailed custom designs we may adjust the price, and we’ll always confirm it with you before printing.

Handmade items

Every piece is 3D printed to order. Small layer lines, slight color differences between batches and minor variations from the photos are normal and aren’t defects. Measurements listed as “to be confirmed” are approximate.

Personalized and custom items

Please check names, spelling and designs carefully before you confirm. Personalized and custom items are made just for you, so they can’t be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or different from what we confirmed.

When you send us a design, logo, image or file, you confirm you have the right to use it. You keep ownership of your files; we use them only to make your order.

Shipping and pickup

We ship within the United States, or you can pick up your order locally in Hollywood, FL at a time we agree on. Delivery times are estimates. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delays are outside our control, but we’ll help you track it.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what we confirmed, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll reprint it or refund you.

Use of our items

Our prints are decorative and everyday accessories. They are not toys for young children, may contain small parts, and PLA can soften with heat (for example inside a hot car). Keychains and stands are not safety equipment.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
